Background: Kenneth’s childhood is marred by the weight of his family’s hardships, with his mother’s mental illness casting a long shadow over their lives.

Challenges: Kenneth’s education is sacrificed due to his family’s dire circumstances. With limited resources stretched thin to cover his mother’s medication and treatment, there is little left to spare for Kenneth’s schooling. As a result, he has never had the opportunity to experience the joys of learning in a classroom setting.

Daily life: Despite his eagerness to learn, Kenneth has never been able to attend school due to financial constraints and the demands of his mother’s illness. So, on a normal day you will find Kenneth helping around the house doing basic chores like sweeping and cleaning.
