Leadership Training

The good and bad governance of any country and community is based on their leaders. For example, you can get a leader and this leader has a vision, passion and love for a his community and that community is going to thrive. But a leader who is selfish and doesn’t think and love his people and doesn’t have a vision for the people then that community or government even a contentment is going to suffer. Many churches in Africa can quickly grow in thousands of people in a matter of few years but because of lack of leadership training, education and maturity those churches quickly collapse.

After 28 years of ministry experience, and ministry training which he did from Ashland theological training in Ashland Ohio USA, Steven was sent back to his own people in African to train and enhance the leaders. Steven has a passion for training community Pastors and leaders, So that they may better their communities and churches.
