Background: Kyagulanyi Jordan, commonly known as Jordan, is an 8-year-old boy living in Bulyankulege with his grandmother and six siblings. Their family is supported solely by their grandmother, who works as a gardener to provide for their needs.

Challenges: Jordan’s upbringing is characterized by the financial challenges and responsibilities of growing up in a large family under the care of their grandmother. With limited resources at their disposal, their grandmother puts in relentless effort to ensure their needs are met, confronting the daily hurdles of supporting several grandchildren.

Education: Despite the obstacles they encounter, Jordan attends Primary 2, determined to pursue his education despite the hardships they face.

Daily Life: Jordan’s daily life revolves around supporting his grandmother and siblings in any way he can. Whether it’s helping with chores or assisting in the garden, Jordan is always by his grandmother’s side, eager to lend a helping hand.
